The staff was quick to respond and quite accommodating, always willing to help out with whatever issues arose. the location of this accommodation was very convenient, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. Lastly, the room itself was spacious and tidy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring.
While there were some positive aspects to this accommodation, it fell short in other areas. The entrance was poorly marked and difficult to locate, and the building seemed to serve as a warehouse with people using the lobby for packing goods.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating. They sent me messages before my arrival and changed out my pillow when I requested a firmer one. the room size was decently spacious, which is a plus.
The property felt more like a warehouse than a hotel. the entrance had no signage, making it difficult to find the place.

The property has an excellent employee team who are eager to assist with any requests. the location is convenient for sightseeing with good transport links. the room size is decent and comfortable. the staff are proactive in cleanliness and changed a pillow for my comfort.
The hotel has no external signage, making it difficult to locate and the entrance has a problematic shutter that requires the attention of staff to open.

The staff was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. They even reached out to me before my flight to ensure a smooth check-in. Additionally, they were quick to accommodate my request for a firmer pillow. the staff's customer service was exceptional.

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and always responded to any request I had promptly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and you could tell the staff took good care of the hotel facilities. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
